CRIS is committed to develop and promote Research and Innovation, which is a process that seeks to promote creativity and opportunities for innovation that are socially desirable and undertaken in the public interest. It’s a collective responsibility, where experts, researchers, funders, stakeholders and the public all have an important role to play.

We recognize that some researchers are already well engaged with this agenda. We also recognize that different approaches might be required for different research areas. Our research & innovation focus would be on continuous basis to develop integrated application of technologies and law to develop the methodologies for the benefit of society.

Our approach would include to develop the standard operating procedures, courses, trainings in the area of computer forensics, network forensics, mobile forensics, cyber security, cyber laws among others.

Further, to make outcome more impactful and beneficial to the society, ourendeavoris to identify the emerging issues and to work on them to bring simplicity and transparency for all the stakeholders. The society shall publish the outcome for the benefit of society at large and wherever feasible, would submit its recommendations to the regulators, the government or other industry associations.

The society would create committees on various domains who would partners with schools, colleges, institutions, government, international organizations in the research program.
